also he would need: a vps to be able to run tor, vichan instead of lainchan since the report function is broken, and a reverse proxy like cloudflare for the clearnet site to buy time for concern trolls emailing about cp before hiv manages to delete it

and it's totally unnecessary, there is no "SHTF" scenario, nothing ever happens
