this is also fucking hilarious. it's cheaper to rent a car for a week or just buy a shitbox car than it is to use uber. who is the market for these days? when i was younger uber was something drunk people would use to get home and rich people would use to avoid taking taxi cabs.
are people just using it in lieu of proper planning these days? i had a beer with my dinner recently and the friend i went with suggested we "uber back and get your car later" instead of waiting 20 minutes until i was legally good to drive(i drank it right before the place closed)
like what the fuck. are people really using doordash to eat regularly? i feel like the best use-case for that sort of thing is like unplanned group dinners or eating while staying at hotels(cheaper than room service)
