When he first comes out, calmly say "well that's disappointing". Obviously, dead-name and use the "wrong" pronouns. Bonus points if you treated him nicely his whole life before the coming out, and now you just treat him like a homeless guy on the street, not hatred, just disgust. Don't just kick him out of the house immediately. After he comes out of the closet, wait like a month or something and then say "sorry SON I need a new weight room. You have to live in the garden shed now."
