How to hire only whites in the USA (which is normally illegal)

Step 1) Figure out how many employees you need (perhaps 10)

Step 2) hire 10 white men and 10 nons

Step 3) give the white men all the hours and prime time slots and give the nons almost no hours and weak time slots.

Step 4) You have succeeded until a liberal notices that your business is running too well to be diverse.

Step 5) When the authorities show up, assure them that you have hired both nons and whites. If they press the issue, then remain polite and give the nons more hours until the heat dies down. You must keep on the down-low. If word gets out in the internet you're doing this, you don't stand a chance. You need to employ "plausible deniability".

Step 6) Once the heat dies down, cut the nons hours and get back to business.
