By the time you get home from work, you just feel so damn drained that you just want to sit down and do nothing. Maybe not every job is like that but, mine certainly was. I ended up spending an entire year running on a treadmill without getting anywhere and was like wtf am I even doing.

If anything owning a home is unusual. I also have a paid off house but I got razzed by a lot of people I know irl about it.
