Ryo is better. The chemicals added to the tobacco and the harsh, thick paper used in pack cigarettes are horrible. Study showed that filter smokers end up smoking larger number of cigarettes and or taking deeper puffs compared to those smoking unfiltered. I should get a cigarette holder or come up with a different type of filter than the plastic toxic shit on the end of commercial cigarettes but even the dirty tobacco crumbs in my mouth that I deal with now is not nearly as bad as commercial filter cigarettes with disgustingly harsh thick paper

In Iowa where I live, Gambler pipe tobacco 8$ for a month supply. Raw brand 300 pack of papers 3.50 for a month supply. If you want something better, drum is 45$ for a tin which might last a month, and American spirit is 85$ for a tin which might last a month. Recently bought a bag of "the good stuff" for 8$ which I haven't opened yet. Been smoking lomboy pre rolls (3) from cebu city carbon market. It was about 2 American cents per smoke when bought in bulk. Also pictured empty lomboy tubes (1), Philippines tobacco (2) for use with lomboy tubes, came wrapped in banana leaf which it's sitting on in pic but banana leaf got moldy so I ditched it just now after taking pic. (4) Is an unbranded Philippines cigar which cost maybe 1 USD, I don't remember. (5) and (6) are unbranded Philippines chewing tobacco.

Macanudo minis online 14$ for 20 pack, cheaper than dogshit mainstream cigs in high tax places like NYC. Inhaling these is less harsh and probably less unhealthy than inhaling filter cigarettes.

Lucy nicotine pouches; this espresso flavor is by far the least bad nicotine pouch I've tried; it has propylene glycol like the moist snuffs also pictured, but is overall quite pleasant tasting and has no sucralose or other nasty chemical sweeteners that I know of.

Not pictured, dokha from kingdom dokha is another nice nicotine source. I stupidly bought a 30$ wooden pipe which is impossible to keep clean; a metal one that is easily cleaned is only a few dollars more. Dokha is probably the least harmful, most discreet, and most intense tobacco smoking method I've tried, I ought to get a metal pipe and another batch of the tobacco, but I would have to wait a few days/weeks for the mail so probably won't ever get around to it
