1. Do not try to love, instead cultivate yourself such that love is inevitable and surges up from your depths. The love which grows in you should be like a flame that you can barely conceal or suppress even if you tried. The ideal state to be in is one where every effort to suppress the love you feel for all who cross your path fails, where every action, thought, and word is tinged by love. This love comes from knowing the self, knowing truth, freedom from the passions, and long meditation upon beauty.
2. Do not fall into delusions over identity. The self is unbounded and free, it is not tied to name, place, body, or narrative. The self can assume any mind or body and experience through it as "second body" and "second mind". Every personal being can be known to the self.
3. Become empty so that you may become full. You become empty by observing the operations within the self and not involving oneself in it, watching the passions burn out on their own not being fed, watching the thoughts die out. Then direct your whole mental mechanism towards a singular directive and it will work very efficiently. Be patient.
4. Be open to the synchronicities and go about life with good intentions and a pure and noble nature. Many times even without formal learning or a specific intention there will be visited upon you certain phenomena, mental states, etc. that you may spontaneously experience some new capacity you may never have even heard of before.
5. Psilocybe cubensis is a great tools to amplify meditation and accelerate progress. If you're already on the path and have been meditating without it, this will come as a great aid for the man of discipline and courage.
6. Be open-minded and a critical thinker and flexible too in your thought patterns. Be pragmatic. Learn to assume different states of mind and personality to learn from different angles. Learn to experience others minds as second minds and to grow from them as well. Consider the principles of chaos magick. Learn discernment. Practice hegelian dialectic (thesis, anti-thesis, synthesis). Don't get stuck in a quagmire, don't dwell too long in what does not serve the greatest good in yourself and others.
7. Always bring out the best in yourself and others. Every moment is precious. This life if you are reading my words and have found also the writings of William Walker Atkinson you can set yourself free from unconscious stupor. Become lucid in all that you do, aware of all the processes at work in yourself and in nature, the microcosm and the macrocosm. When sleep, anaesthesia, etc. does not disrupt your awareness it's not much longer before you will be able to also go through the process of reincarnation deliberately and with awareness instead of confusion. One day you can even find those lost in the mires of the lower astral planes and help direct them towards future life and development.
8. A certain way of relating to the world, of being peaceful, it comes seeming like a madness but it is not. It is from correct understanding. When all that has appeared frightful and mysterious holds no more terror for you, it's natural to love even those who'd menace you. A man doesn't have to defend himself from a child, a lion does not have to defend itself from a gazelle. Swami Vivekananda wrote about duty in his book Karma Yoga, there he explains this concept of duty really well. A highly developed being does not have to fear. A monk may still take a sword with him as he meditates in the wilderness, but he is developing, a highly realized being has far greater capacity for both harm and good that he could walk through the greatest dangers perfectly unharmed.
9. See in every moment an opportunity for development. Always we have an opportunity to develop some virtue, to optimize something, to achieve perfection. Everything and everyone in the world is here for our perfection, if perfection you seek.
10. Practice wu wei, the art of doing by not doing. Learn to watch body and mind at work, not interrupting it, not dividing its attention, not waivering from the task it is given. Work upon the energy body and cultivate an excess of virtue and vitality. Order your energies towards what is noble and true and worthwhile, be a walker of The Way. Do not get become distracted and dissipate your energies in diverse passions. Nurture what is true and beautiful and uplifting that you may become master over self and the operations of nature.

Any questions? I can clarify if needed.
I should also add that if you have always a burning desire for truth and development, you will always run into and meet the right situations, persons, books, etc. to bring you one step further. And a lot of the time the persons won't be leagues ahead of you, just people who've taken one step further than you at most, but who are themselves on the path.
