I'd have to dig a bit thru my folders from a my PSL(PuaHate/SlutHate/Lookism.net) days to find you some good examples though. The idea of phenotype-matching for more attractive offspring came to me as I noticed so many models had parents who had similar features. Because I spent a lot of time checking out models. Like everyone else in that community I didn't care for the fashion, was just looking at faces and what made them attractive.
The principle that applies to race is the same that applies to facial features and otherwise phenotypes - the more similar the things are, generally, the more attractive they are. So it would apply to stuff like head shape (e.g brachy or dolio and/or robust/gracile), colouring (dark, light, blonde, red etc), nose shape and size and so on. And otherwise I have felt - and I suspect very many others have felt the same - more comfortable around women, and probably even men, who look like me. I feel like I have an "in" with women who look similar to me - approaching them feels so much more natural and easy - that being said, I'm not really sure it would mean it's easier to attract them. I suspect it would indeed make it easier but it's just one factor of many, and the other factors may be more important, e.g. if we're looking at this through a man>woman or PUA perspective, whether the woman is single, if shes had sex recently etc.
