I only have to set an alarm one day a month usually so get to sleep in every day. mostly that just means that I stay up too late though. what keeps you from getting enough?

if you have a sleep routine or specific ways to get to sleep at night post them here..

I listen to whispering asmr a fair amount like in the OP. I save the vids to my ipad so i don't get ear raped by youtube ads. sometimes I'll put on a rain/thunder for 10 hours video but I haven't found a perfect one yet.
