In all honesty, I would say no. I have met women who I would not caricature that way. I think there might be more female npcs than male, but I don't interact with women as often as men so I likely have a selection bias.

I would say women's will is whatever authority, peers and her desires want.
That's also the major reason I'm against women's rights, not out of spite but because giving women liberties will make their bodily desires the supreme authority in their life.
