Randy's cheeseburger picnic was kind of a waste of money , they didn't have enough cheeseburgers for everyone and the cheeseburgers were from McDonald's . Also they had a local guy do stand up for 10 minutes first and it didn't make me laugh.
Made cheese sauce last night, it wasn't very good but I ate it all. This damn milk goes bad so damn fast I have to cook with it all the time. Making a big bunch of hot chocolate is the easiest way to use milk quickly but it's not that good the way I've been making it. Talked to a chef who said prep cooks get 20$ a hour at his restaurant. Thinking of going to work there but it's a bit far away (2miles) to bike there in winter. I'd like to learn how to cook though. Trial and error isn't getting me expert status anytime soon.
