For example the point of the Ted talk skit was that he had fooled his way into a Ted talk and just mocked the dummies who attended those sorts of things. It wasn't so much a particular joke contained within but the brazenness of the stunt. His humor is often about going out in public and making people uncomfortable for the benefit of his viewers.
They like to disrupt the standard way people talk, and maybe that's why some think it is non sequitur or randomness but it doesn't take too many brains to figure out what they mean.

Did you watch Fishtank? I liked it a lot. I watched some of it online and have been watching the eps as they come out, not sure when it finishes. I don't like Frank Hassle, he's like a more aggressive version of surveillance camera man and he's just annoying really, he's doesn't do anything funny or interesting. The fat guy was annoying at first and gross and fat but he became kinda likeable later and it was funny when he was poking the walls with a broom lol.
I thought Fishtank was supposed to be half social experiment half comedy but maybe its really just comedy... Idk but I like it.
