As for the pizza, I haven't had any in a while. Some high carb foods like that just make me explode in weight... sometimes I end up hurling it. Now if I could somehow make or buy 'za with a very thin crust, that might be a potential option. But that and/or low carb crust is hard to come by. Also, all of the low carb tortillas I've tried have been awful. They just don't have that delicious fatty softness to them.
All that being said I had a pork burrito today with lots of other fillings and it was amazing. I always make sure to exclude the rice and beans though.

Today I will be making healthy chicken karaage in the air fryer; I learned this recipe from youtube.
>Diced chicken breast, as much as you like, usually something like 500g
You can freeze it and defrost it for this recipe; helps it last longer.
For your wet ingredients, you only need soy sauce. You can also use Dashi seasoning, which has some MSG seasoning in it.
>Put your diced chicken breast in a bowl and cover it in soy sauce or dashi
In a bowl on the side, mix:
>1/2 cup (about 3 tablespoons) of corn starch flour, 1/2 cup plain flour
>One tablespoon garlic powder
>One teaspoon (you can use a tablespoon if you like ginger) of ginger powder
>One teaspoon of black pepper
Mix well.
Add the flour mixture to your diced chicken breast (the soy sauce is your wet batter)
Add to the air fryer (depending on your model, either grease the pan or add greased baking powder)
Air fry for about 15 mins each side at 200 degrees CELSIUS (keep an eye on them to see if they're as crunchy as you want, flip them over if you have a flat tray and do another 15 mins at 200 degrees celsius)
Serve over steamed rice, and add Siracha, soy sauce or Kewpie mayo to taste.
