No, the governate will only arrest you for making brandy if you act like a nigger about it. How would they know what you're making? I know lots of people who have surreptitiously grown weed, shrooms, etc, how much harder can brandy be? I'm not supporting this law I'm just saying the odds of getting busted for brandy is really low
