well instead of overstretching with assumptions and theories I'll go with what I do know for sure:
The chinese government is against degeneracy
The United states/western governments are pro-degeneracy
The USA in general is pro-degneracy
My theory is that China's tiktok is forced to be wholesome but USA's ticktock is just naturally degenerate because americans are sub-human. I live here and I just don't think USA needs to be coerced by anyone into being degenerate.
