I'm curious how you took into account perinatal, infant and child mortality rates for the last few hundred thousand years. Also might be pedantic but I don't count a caesarean section as a birth. They've been increasing at an alarming frequency and by the end of the decade will be the typical delivery method for chattel in many nations, it went up to 70% in Shanghai already and at current rates might outpace natural birth globally by the end of the century.
